There has been a lot of buzz lately about a new anti aging supplement on the market today called Resveratrol (also called ResV or RezV for short).  Many resveratrol supplements have been gaining in popularity as a way to naturally reduce the signs of aging, but have recently soared into the public eye when a particular resveratrol supplement debut on Oprah.

Dr. Oz introduced a very effective resveratrol supplement called Vital RezV.  We all know that red wine in small amounts is good for the heart and good for the body.  The problem is that red wine contains sulphites which does not allow you to consume very much without leaving you with a headache or hangover the next day.

Resveratrol is actually the ingredient found in red wine that is so wonderful for the body.  While on Oprah Dr. Oz mentioned that one would have to consume about 12 bottles of red wine each and every day in order to get the necessary amount of resveratrol necessary to see a difference.  And that is exactly what has so many people looking for resveratrol.
