Welcome to AcaiBerryDiet.com.  This is day 1 of the Acai Berry Weight Loss Challenge.  My friend Cara has been complaining to me for years about how she needs to lose weight, but she lacks motivation.  When I told her about the new Acai Berry Power 500 she was anxious to try it because she heard about it on Oprah and Rachel Ray!!

However, she still lacked the motivation to stick to a diet regemine.  So, I outlined a plan for her to get started and begin seeing immediate results, but here’s the catch….she has to keep excelent records of the progress she is making, or lack there of, and share them with the word via this blog!!!  I have to admit, she was a bit apprehansive at first, but has agreed to do it.

Here is Cara.  She is going to describe the program for you a bit more…..

Hi, my name is Cara, and I am taking the Acai Berry Weight Loss challenge!!

AcaiBerriesDiet.com has asked to follow along in my journey and track my results.  I am very excited to begin the Acai Berry Weight Loss Challenge because I have tried many many diet plans in the past and have received only moderate results.

This is how the program will work:

FIRST MONTH  –
I  will take the Acai Berry Power 500 without changing my current diet or exercise habits.  This means that I can continue to eat McDonalds and not go to the gym.  Then we will measure my results, including:
1) Weight Loss
2) Inches Lost
3) Any other health-related benefits.

It is important to measure results in inches in additon to weight loss because muscle weighs more than fat.  If I begin exercising and gaining muscle, that may counteract the weight loss I will experience.

SECOND MONTH - I will continue taking the Acai Berry Power 500 and add the colon cleanse supplement, Colon xR.  Many medical experts I have spoken with talk about the relationship of the colon to overall health and weight loss.  Having a clean and healthy colon can aid in weight loss efforts by causing the colon to absorb more of the dietary properties from a diet aid, rather than just going wondering aimlessly through your system, and eventually being flushed out.

THIRD MONTH – I will continue taking the Acai Berry Power 500 and the Colon rX and add a diet plan as well, which will be given to be by a licensed dietitian.  I will also begin seeing a personal trainer at my local gym.  But don’t worry, you won’t be left behind.  I will be reporting every step of the way!!!  And I will share with you the diets given to me by the nutritionist and the workout outlined for me by my personal trainer.

I haven’t been to the gym in over 5 years, so this will be interesting.

    I read your weight-loss plan and I too am taking an acai supplement. Have you made any progress with the first month plan? I just bedan taking it and was wondering about how long and to what level you began to see results.
