Hey, I just wanted to post on my experiences and give sort of a review on the acai berries. I have been taking the extreme acai berry for around 2 months now and have pretty much turned my whole family into acai berry addicts.
My associate at work told me about acai extreme and I order the free trial and got them in the mail a couple of days later. I started out only taking them once in the morning, and around the 4th day I really started to notice some changes.
First, I was simply not as hungry. Yea I still was tempted and had some desert but overall I couldn’t consume as much food and just didn’t want it. This is when I started to follow the directions that came with the berries and take them exactly like Oprah does twice a day.
When I began to take the acai in the morning and evening after a later lunch I felt wonderful! I noticed the same “not as hungry” feeling, but I also felt like I had more energy for my long work day. At this point I couldn’t forget to take the berry pill with my morning coffee and was addicted.
After taking them for two months I can say I have lost a substantial amount of weight (no figures yet as I don’t weigh regularly) and I feel much healthier overall. The one draw back I have noticed, which isn’t a big deal with all the benefits I am receiving from the extreme acai, is gas that I did not normally have before. I consulted my doctor and he said it is normal and if the little gas didn’t bother me, or anyone else for that matter, that I would continue to lose weight, which is what I am doing and loving it!
