How does Brittney Spears lose weight?  By staying out of the kitchen and having her meals delivered to her front door.  Yes, Brittney has embraced the service offered by companies such as Nutri System and Sunfare Delivery Service (which Brittney uses) which stress portion control when dieting.  Brittney Spears doesn’t like the word “comeback”, but that’s exactly what she did with her recent 25 pound weight loss.

Brittney’s Diet Menu:

Breakfast -

Vanilla yogurt with strawberries and mixed nuts.  For best results, add protein powder to the vanilla yogurt.

Lunch -

Barbacue Chicken, Cobb, or Chef Salad.  Be sure to make the protein portion palm-size, and limit the salad dressing to 2 tbsp.

Afternoon Snack -

Grilled, stuffed zucchini rolls.  You can make them by wrapping 1/2 oz. goat cheese in zucchini (which was grilled in olive oil) and season with basil, salt and pepper.  These wraps will offer a filling substitute to the afternoon.

Dinner -

A turkey burger on half a whole-wheat low-carb bun is one of Brittney’s favorites.  You can add baked sweet potato french fries as a side item to the turkey burger.

After Dinner Snack -

A slice of cheese with nuts and an apple creates a balanced fat, protein and good-carb combo.  Be sure to limit the amount of nuts consumed to 1 tsp.

    Yeah Brittney looks fantastic! After the tumultuous year she had in 2007, dropping all that unwanted weight and getting her life in order is nothing short of a blessing. I like the idea of delivery services to have prepared meals as well. This way it’s a no-brainier as you don’t even have to measure out anything: Just follow what to eat and use simple time-management as to when to eat certain items and you’re set. Combine that with food-craving eliminating fruits such as the acai berry and a regular exercise plan and you have all the tools you need for safe and effective weight-loss.
